First initialize You External Hard Drive And Format it With NTFS

Format Your External Hard Drive with NTFS
After Setting Your Drive Name and Letter Open fatgui.exe (downloaded) and choose your External Drive , For Unit Allocation Size Choose the Big Value And Click Format

Format Time About Your Hard Drive Capacity
After Formating Go To Your External Hard Drive and Make a Folder Titled "Games"
Put Your PS3 Games in This Folder and Enjoy Yourslef
For Others Media You Can Make Other Folders Their Titles is About Their Content
for Example : your Audio Files in "Music" Folder
your Videos Files in "Video" Folder
FAT32 File System has a File Size Limit You Can't Exceed 3.99 Gbyte per File , Some Games Have a Big Files So You Can to Split it with a special Software We Can Talk about it Later
